3. Booking & Payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless mentioned otherwise.
• Full/partial payment may be required at booking.
• Secure payment gateways are used.
• Prices may change until booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Policies differ per tour/package.
• Cancellations must be emailed to support@travabay.com
• Refunds processed within 15–30 business days.

5. Travel Documents & Visa

You are responsible for:

• Valid passport (6-month minimum)
• Required visas
• Health/vaccination compliance

Visa assistance does not guarantee approval.

6. Travel Insurance

Highly recommended for: medical issues, cancellation, baggage loss, etc.

7. Changes by Travabay

• Tours may be modified/cancelled due to low participation or emergencies.
• Hotel/airline changes may occur with equal/better alternatives.

8. Liability & Limitations

Travabay is an intermediary and not liable for third-party failures, delays, or losses.
